Sugar Free Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Also, grease or prep your baking dish for nonstick.
  • Cake Mix. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together the the cake mix and melted butter. Once the ingredients are combined, carefully transfer one cup of the batter into your prepared baking dish, evenly spreading and pressing it over the bottom of the dish.
  • Pudding. In a clean bowl, us a clean whisk to combine together the pudding mix and milk until smooth and combined.
  • Cream Cheese. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar free powdered sugar until combined.
  • Combine. Add the pudding mixture from the third step to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese mixture and beat the ingredients on medium until smooth. Evenly transfer this mixture on top of the cake batter that is in your prepared baking dish.
  • Topping. Evenly spread or dollup the remaining cake mixture from the second step over the ingredients in the baking dish.
  • Bake. Bake the dump cake for 35-45 minutes or until it begins to turn golden on top.
  • Cool. Allow the dump cake to cool and set before slicing and serving.
