  • Preheat your oven to 375 and prem your baking dish as needed.
  • In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, half of the sugar alternative, baking powder, and the spices (nutmeg and cinnamon). Then add the milk and and mix the ingredients until just combined.
  • Next, place the butter in your baking dish and bake it while the oven is preheating.
  • When the butter has melted you can take it out of the oven and carefully distribute the dry ingredients from the large bowl over the butter, taking care not to mix the ingredients.
  • Next, layer the dry ingredients in the baking dish first with your peaches, then the lemon juice, and lastly, the remaining sugar alternative.
  • Bake your cobbler for 40-45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the crust is a nice golden brown.
