Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Ice Cream

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl that has been chilled, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about four to five minutes). The stiff peaks should be able to stand on their own.
  • Next, in a new large mixing bowl, beat together the the remaining ingredients (unsweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and spices) until combined.
    Then fold in the heaving whipping cream from the first mixing bowl until combined.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a loaf pan or an ice cream maker. To make this recipe in an ice cream maker simply follow the manufacturer's directions for doing so.
  • Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or foil and then place the loaf pan in your freezer to set. It should take between six and eight hours for you ice cream to fully set.
