Sugar Free Slow Cooker Peach Butter

  • Start by preparing your peaches. Wash, peel, and then remove the pits from the peaches. Then dice or slice the peaches.
  • Place the peaches in the base of a six quart slow cooker. Then add the remaining ingredients on top of the peaches.
  • Cover the slow cooker with the lid according the manufacturer's directions.
    Cook the peaches until softened (on high for two to three hours or low for four to six hours) .
  • Carefully use an immersion blender to puree the softened peaches.
    Alternatively, you can use a blender of food processor however, you may need to do this in batches.
  • Allow the peach butter to cool completely to room temperature before storing.
