- Cover the slow cooker with the lid according the manufacturer's directions. Cook the peaches until softened (on high for two to three hours or low for four to six hours) .
- Carefully use an immersion blender to puree the softened peaches. Alternatively, you can use a blender of food processor however, you may need to do this in batches.
- Allow the peach butter to cool completely to room temperature before storing.
Expert Tip👉 Refrigerate your peach butter for seven to ten days in an airtight containers or a sealed mason jar.
You can freeze peach butter in zip top freezer bags or airtight freezer safe containers for up to 12 months.
