- Sugar alternative- Honey can be used at โ cup. These amounts can be adjusted to your taste as well.

Really, you can use fresh or frozen blueberries in this recipe. However, if you are using fresh blueberries, make sure that they have been rinsed and then frozen first.

- Make this sorbet lower in carbohydrates. Substitute in a prepared low carbohydrate lemonade for the lemon juice and water.
- You can make this recipe smoother by blending in a small amount of alcohol (start with a teaspoon or two) such as vodka. Obviously this should be for adults only.
