This is really a fun and tasty frozen treat.

I like that this recipe can be made vegan, sugar free, and low in carbohydrates!

Have you tried my recipe for 3 Ingredient Sugar Free Frozen Fudge Pops?

That is a really easy frozen treat recipe that is based upon using pudding.
This recipe however, is a bit more involved as it requires a few more ingredients.

This recipe for frozen popsicle bars calls for molds that are used to hold the dessert as it freezes into shape. You can find a great selection of ice cream bar molds here.

This recipe is an alternative to the usual coffee and cream popsicles.

I say this because this recipe has both a vegan and a low in carbohydrate focus.
There is no sugar no dairy products added to this recipe for frozen pops.

You can easily make this a non-vegan recipe if you desire to.

Instead of adding the vegan almond milk, you can use regular whole milk.
Also, instead of using the vegan heavy cream, you can use regular heavy cream.

Yes, this recipe is for keto cream popsicles.

To make these popsicles you will need to use keto low carb friendly ingredients.
Keep this in mind when you are choosing your coffee for this recipe.

You will also need keto low carb sugar free chocolate chips.

You can find sugar free keto friendly chocolate chips online.
Feel free to use flavor other than chocolate such as white chocolate chips in addition to are with the regular kind.

Here are some tips for making cold brew coffee popsicles.

The coffee that is added to this recipe can be any kind of coffee that you desire (including decaffeinated coffee). The coffee will need to be cool or cold, making this recipe especially nice for anyone who has leftover coffee to use up.

Here are some more helpful tips for you.

    1. If the texture of these frozen pops seem to be too thin there are a couple of ways to remedy this. One way is to add a bit of thickener such as Guar Gum. Another idea is to add some crushed banana.
    2. To make a popsicle you will need a mold and possibly sticks. You can find a great assortment of Popsicle molds here and Popsicle Sticks here.
    3. To un-mold, your popsicles, fill your sink with hot water, and submerge the mold in the water, leave it for around about 15-30 seconds. If the popsicles don't slide out, leave them for a few seconds longer.

You may be asking how do you make popsicles without molds and sticks

May favorite idea is to use ice cube trays.
Then you can simply pop the ice cubes into a blender to chop up or pop them into your cup of coffee.
