Here are some more pudding pop tips for you.
- Spraying a bit of nonstick (flavorless) on the mold before adding the mixture can help make the pops easier to remove for eating.
- You can make this recipe more interesting by adding some sliced bananas to the molds. I suggest doing this after you have transferred the pudding mix to the molds.
- Place some crumbled sugar free cookies or chopped nuts in the mold before you add the pudding mixture. When you remove the pudding pop from the mold you will have a yummy topping on your pops!

You can add additional flavored (and colored) sugar free pudding to make this recipe even more interesting. However, don't forget that you will need to adjust the recipe as needed and probably use an extra mold as you will have more pudding to fill those molds.

What you will need to make this frozen pudding pop recipe.
- Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding- 1 box that has four servings. Feel free to substitute in another flavor or color.
- Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix- 1 box that has four servings. Feel free to substitute in another flavor or color.
- Cold Milk- 3 cups. By 'milk' I mean any desired milk or milk alternative such as a nut milk. Keep in mind that the more 'fat' that is in your choice will yield a thicker texture of pop. We will divide this ingredient in half.
- Whipped topping- 1 cup. You can use store bought whipped topping or you can use this sugar free whipped cream recipe. Vegan followers can eliminate this ingredient and add an additional cup of milk alternative instead. This ingredient will also be divided.
How to make Sugar Free Double Pudding Pops
To make this we will make each color/flavor pudding individually. Make the first pudding mix, refrigerate it in the molds, and then make the second one and add it to the molds before freezing it.
- Use a blender to whip together the the first box of instant pudding with the half of the milk (1 ½ cups) until they are smooth (without chunks) and bubbly. Allow the mixture to rest until the bubbles have died down (a few minutes)
- Remove the blender container from the stand and stir in half of the whipped topping (½ cup). Then transfer the mixture evenly to molds (or paper cups). Refrigerate this while you repeat this step with the remaining ingredients.
- Remove the molds from the refrigerator (hopefully they have been in there about five to ten minutes) and carefully spoon in the remaining mix with the second flavor that you just made.
- Cover as directed in the instructions with the molds and freeze for at least six hours until frozen. Enjoy!
- If you are using paper cups to make this, simply cover the paper cups with foil or plastic wrap and insert a Popsicle stick into each before freezing.
