How to make Sugar Free Raspberry Pudding Pops that taste great!
This is one of those fun warm weather treats that is for all ages!

Sugar Free Raspberry Pudding Pops

This is an easy to make summer treat.

Even better, it tastes delicious too!

Did you try my 3 Ingredient Sugar Free Frozen Pops recipe?

That recipe reminds me a lot of this one because they are both recipes for frozen pops.
However, this recipe is based upon pudding, making these pops extra yummy to some of us!

This recipe for frozen pops works great when you use molds to freeze your pops in.
You can find molds for freezing your pops in here!

If you have ever wondered is pudding good frozen, this recipe should answer that question.

However, while we are not actually making pudding itself, we are using the basic dry ingredients to make this recipe.
When mixed with the other ingredients in this recipe, the pudding makes for a great frozen treat as a result!

To make this recipe you will need Sugar Free Instant Pudding.

This recipe will work with a four serving size of dry instant pudding mix.
Select a light colored flavor of pudding such as sugar free cheesecake pudding or sugar free vanilla pudding.

Choosing the right liquid to go into this recipe is also important.

To make this recipe you will need to use milk as well. Vegan followers are welcome to use a vegan milk alternative.

You can make these pudding pops even creamier.

Adding evaporated milk (¼-1/2 cup) will help make these pops even more creamy.
I suspect that whipped topping in a container from the freezer section would also be a great addition for texture.

Here are some tips Sugar Free Raspberry Pudding Pops

I just mentioned that this recipe will work with a four serving size of dry instant pudding mix.
Select a light colored flavor of pudding such as sugar free cheesecake pudding or sugar free vanilla pudding.

Here are some more tips for making this recipe.

  1. Spraying a bit of nonstick (flavorless) on the mold before adding the mixture can help make the pops easier to remove for eating.
  2. While this recipe is for raspberry pops, feel free to sub in another fruit for the raspberries. I like blueberries for this recipe!
  3. Place some crumbled sugar free cookies or chopped nuts in the mold before you add the pudding mixture. When you remove the pudding pop from the mold you will have a yummy topping on your pops!

Raspberries are really a delicious fruit.

I like that they are high in fiber and low in calories as well as being yummy to eat.
When you are done rinsing them off, be sire to allow them to dry on a paper towel as they hold on to water.

What you will need to make this recipe for sugar free pudding pops.

  • Sugar Free Instant Pudding- 1 four serving box. Select a light colored flavor of pudding such as sugar free cheesecake pudding or sugar free vanilla pudding.
  • Milk- ¾ cup. By 'milk' I mean any desired milk or milk alternative such as a nut milk. Keep in mind that the more 'fat' that is in your choice will yield a thicker texture of pop.
  • Raspberries- 1 cup.

How to make Sugar Free Raspberry Pudding Pops

  • Use a blender to whip together the instant pudding with the milk until they are smooth (without chunks) and bubbly. Allow the mixture to rest until the bubbles have died down (about five minutes)
  • Remove the blender container from the stand and stir in half of the raspberries (½ cup). Then transfer the mixture evenly to molds (or paper cups). Drop the remaining raspberries into the mixture in the molds.
  • Cover as directed in the instructions with the molds and freeze for at least six hours until frozen. Enjoy!
  • If you are using paper cups to make this, simply cover the paper cups with foil or plastic wrap and insert a Popsicle stick into each before freezing.
