- Watermelon- 3 cups, seeded and cubed (with the rind removed). Make this recipe totally sugar free substitute in sugar free watermelon powdered drink (prepared) for the watermelon juice in this recipe.
- Lime Juice- 2 tablespoons. Can omit or use alternative juice instead.
- Optional- sugar alternative - 2 tablespoons.

- Combine the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. You may need to turn off the blender and manually stir the mixture as needed.
- Transfer the the mixture to your molds and insert the stick or handle.
- Freeze until frozen, about eight hours.
- It can be a bit easier to remove the pops by pacing the bottom of the molds in hot water.
