I love a good hack when it comes to enjoying fruit. While I like eating my fruit as intended, there are some great products out there (such as these) that make fruit even better!

You may be wondering what are the benefits of eating watermelon.

I suppose that I should first mention that this recipe does contain watermelon.
Watermelon is so tasty and is also a popular and healthy treat.

There really are some nutritional benefits in watermelon.

Watermelon is a great source for Vitamin C and Vitamin A.
Also, the sugar in watermelon is all natural.

Here are some tips for making this sorbet recipe.

I just mentioned that if you are concerned with the natural sugar that comes in watermelon, there is a workaround for you to try. You can try to sub in sugar free watermelon powdered drink mix for the watermelon in this recipe. While I have not tried doing this, I would assume that you may need to make a few adjustments to get the right consistency that you desire in a sorbet.

Here are some more helpful tips for you.

    1. Make this recipe into a creamy sorbet that resembles ice cream. Simply add a banana to the blender or food processor when you are blending your ingredients.
    2. Add a scoop or two of this sorbet to a bubbly beverage instead of ice to get a flavorful chill. Or you can add this to a smoothie in the blender for a cool flavoring.
    3. Sub in strawberries or another berry for part of the watermelon. You can get more flavor in your sorbet by doing so.

This sorbet recipe can be made in an ice cream maker or simply in the freezer.

To make this recipe in an ice cream maker, simply combine your ingredients and then follow the manufacturers instructions for making sorbet. However, making this recipe without using an ice cream maker is possible as I will explain in the instructions below.
