- Peaches. Skin and pit removed and the sliced. Using peaches that are not too soft to slice is recommeneded.
- Brown sugar alternative. Use a brown sugar alternative that can also be baked with.
- Cornstarch. Feel free to us an alternative as desired.
- Lemon Juice. This adds a bit of flavor and helps to preserve the peaches.
- Ground Cinnamon. This adds both flavor and helps this smell amazing while baking in the oven!
- Sugar Free Cake Mix. Yellow cake mix works best.
- Butter. The butter adds moisture as well as that flavor you would expect from a good cobbler. The butter should be cut into cubes.

- Preheat you oven to 350 and prep a baking dish for nonstick.
- Place the peaches in a large mixing bowl. Then add the brown sugar alternative, cornstarch, lemon juice and half of the cinnamon over the peaches and toss the peaches in the ingredients. Transfer the tossed ingredients to the prepare baking dish.
- Next, in another mixing bowl, use a fork or whisk to combine the the cake mix with the remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Evenly place the butter cubes over the ingredients in the dish.
- Bake the cobbler for 40-45 minutes, turning the baking dish midway. The cobbler should be golden brown and bubbling on top when done.

This recipe calls for fresh peaches that have been peeled. Feel free to use frozen peaches as long as peaches are the only ingredient in the package (ie. no added sugar).
