I should say that this recipe for Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie is one of the easiest ever,
Surprisingly, it is also a pretty good recipe as well.

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie

This is an easy pie to make which is something that makes me happy.
I like that this recipe can be made as low in carbs and calories as possible too!

This is one of those kinds of pies that you can make in advance.
I usually make more than one at a time and store the extra pies in the freezer or fridge. Then, when you need a pie, you have one all ready to go.

This pie works best with a crust as a base to hold the other ingredients.

There are some already made pie crusts available that are low in sugar.
You would have to read the label on the pie crust to see if it fits into your nutritional needs.
You could also make your own pie crust for this pie as well.
I have a sugar free low carb pie crust recipe here. Alternatively, I have a sugar free graham cracker pie crust recipe that you could use for this pie.

Also for this recipe, you will need sugar free powdered sugar.

I have a recipe for sugar free powdered sugar here. It is rather easy to make sugar free powdered sugar yourself if you need to.

You can also find sugar free powdered sugar online.
This powdered sugar has already been made for you. You can find sugar free powdered sugar online here.

Because this is a peanut butter flavored pie, you will need sugar free peanut butter.

You can buy your own sugar free peanut butter online here. Please read the label to make sure that there is no added sugar.
However, you certainly could make your own peanut butter that has no added sugar in it.
I have an easy recipe for how to make your own peanut butter that you can find here.

There are a few other ingredients that you will need for this recipe.

Whipped topping is needed as normally low in sugar (please read the packaging to make sure). There is tubbed whipped topping that has no sugar added to it- where available. I do have a recipe for sugar free whipped cream. And lastly, you can top this pie with some great tasting sugar free chocolate ganache, such as this one.

What you will need to make this Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie

  • Pie Crust- 1, see post for recipes.
  • Peanut Butter- 1 cup (creamy works best). I suggest using sugar free peanut butter.
  • Cream Cheese- 1 eight ounce package softened to room temperature.
  • Sugar Free Powdered Sugar- ¾ cup.
  • Whipped Topping- 1 eight ounce tub, sugar free preferred. Allow this to thaw a bit.
  • Chocolate Ganache- for topping.

How to make Sugar Free Peanut Butter Pie

  • If making your own crust, please make this in advance and allow it to cool before making this pie.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar free powdered sugar. I use a paddle attachment and beat this until I get a smooth consistency.
  • Fold in the whipped topping, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Transfer the contents from the bowl to the pie crust. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Top the pie with your chocolate ganache (chopped nuts make a great topping over the ganache fyi). Chill this pie before serving. It should take a couple of hours to set. I will usually make more than one pie and then freeze them away. These pies last awhile in the freezer and make for great desserts later on as well.
