Sugar Free Snickerdoodle Cobbler

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Butter. Evenly spread the butter over the bottom of the baking dish. You may need to tilt the dish as needed to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Dry Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Wet Ingredients. In a separate bowl, use a clean whisk to combine together the milk and vanilla extract.
  • Combine Pour the wet ingredients from the last step into the dry ingredients from the third step and whisk the ingredients until a smooth batter forms with no large lumps remain.
  • Transfer. Carefully pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir. Then sprinkle the brown sugar alternative on top
  • Bake. Bake the cobbler for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the cobbler to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
