Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 325 and prepping two baking sheets for nonstick.
  • In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour with the baking soda.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl with the mixer outfitted with beater attachments, beat together the butter and the sugar alternative until creamy.
Then scrape down the bowl and beat in the egg and the vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add the flour mixture from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Next, use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll the dough into balls before placing each of the cookie dough balls on to the prepared baking sheets.
Gently press the berries and any additional white chocolate chips into the tops of each of the dough balls.
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden.
Lastly, let the cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire rack to cool completely.
