More helpful tips for you.
- Use fresh berries rather than frozen berries. Frozen berries can be watery which can through off your ingredient balance and make your cookies and less chewy as a result.
- Select berries that are firm and in good shape. Also, follow the directions for when to add the berries to the cookies as you do not want the berries to run into the dough.
- When you remove the cookies from the oven they may still seem soft. This is okay as they will finish baking on the baking sheet while they cool to room temperature.
How to store white chocolate chip cookies with berries.
These cookies should be stored in an airtight container.
If properly stored, they should keep for about three days at room temperature or up to three months when frozen.

- Start by preheating your oven to 325 and prepping two baking sheets for nonstick. I like to use parchment paper for a recipe like this one.
- In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour with the baking soda.
- Next, in a mixing bowl with the mixer outfitted with beater attachments, beat together the butter and the sugar alternative until creamy. Then scrape down the bowl and beat in the egg and the vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the flour mixture from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Next, use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll the dough into balls before placing each of the cookie dough balls on to the prepared baking sheets.
- Gently press the berries and any additional white chocolate chips into the tops of each of the dough balls.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden.
