  • Outfit you mixer with a whisk attachment if you have one. Then beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar free powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice on medium until creamy and smooth (about 2 ½-3 minutes).
  • Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
  • Next, use your rubber spatula to gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Lightly cover the dip and refrigerate for at least a half hour for the ingredients to set.
  • Serve with sliced apples, sugar free cookies, sliced celery, or the food of your choice.
