Tips for making the best Cinnamon Roll Bites
My bites were made with a simple three ingredient homemade dough. If you are in a hurry, you can try using a basic biscuit dough instead.
More helpful tips for you.
- Kneading the dough in this recipe is simply a way to shape it into a ball that is not sticky. This is a quick and easy process and over-kneading should be avoided as doing so can make the bites tough.
- When you are dividing your dough into bites, it is important that you make the bites a similar size. This will ensure that the bites all baked uniformly.
- Use a baking dish that can offer enough space to place the bites so that there is some space between one another as they will expand in size. Also, if they are overlapping you risk baking them unevenly.

How to store cinnamon roll bites
While these cinnamon roll bites are arguably best served when fresh, you may have some leftovers. Once the bites have fully cooled they can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, they can keep for up to two days at room temperature, refrigerated for up to a week, or frozen for up to a few months. You can 'bring the bites back' by microwaving them, covered with a damp paper towel, for 20-30 seconds.
