Pumpkin muffins are a favorite treat for breakfast in my house.
I make this recipe with as little added sugar as possible to keep it sugar free. The taste of pumpkin is what makes these muffins so good in addition to smelling so nice.
We eat these muffins mostly during the fall season.
Anyone can eat them any time of the year and still enjoy them. As long as you can find the ingredients, you can also enjoy this.

Many of these ingredients may be hard to find if not in season, yet they are easy to find online.
Pumpkin puree is the way to do this. Make sure that you are using “pumpkin puree” as this should have no added sugar.
I use pumpkin pie spice in this recipe.
Pumpkin pie spice also gives this recipe that special accent that compliments the pumpkin. Thus, you will get that heavenly smell and taste from these muffins. You can find pumpkin pie spice on Amazon year round.

- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 teaspoons Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Egg
- 2 cups Sugar alternative
- 1 can Pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Water or unsweetened apple sauce
