As mentioned you will need my Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake Recipe for this. However, you could also use any prepackaged Devil's Food cake mix instead. Also, you will need Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding as well as chocolate chips.
What you will need to make this Sugar Free Triple Chocolate Cake
Add a fourth element of chocolate with aSugar Free Chocolate Glaze on top of your cake.
- Devil's Food Cake- The dry ingredeints from one homemade recipe for Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake Recipe or a box of store bought prepackaged Devil's Food cake mix instead. No wet ingredients, just the dry ingredients or package of dry ingredients.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding - 1 package (four serving size) unprepared.
- Eggs- 4 beaten.
- Water- 1 ยพ cups.
- Vegetable Oil- ยฝ cup.
- Vanilla Extract- 1 tablespoon.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- ยฝ cup.
- Optional-Sugar Free Chocolate Glaze to put on top of your cake.
How to make Sugar Free Triple Chocolate Cake
- Preheat your oven to 325. Prep a Bundt Pan well for nonstick.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine together the cake and pudding mixes. Then on low speed, mix in the eggs, water, oil and vanilla extract. Increase the speed to medium and mix for another two minutes.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand and then transfer the mix to your bundt pan. Bake the cake for 60-65 minutes. To test the 'doneness' of this cake, use a toothpick in several areas testing for the toothpick to come clean in more than one of these areas. The chocolate chips that have melted could give the cake a false negative completion which is why we test in more than one place.
- Allow this cake to cool before removing and adding any optional glaze to the top.
