My recipe for this sugar free chocolate cheese cake does not call for a crust.
However, you can easily make a crust for this recipe by following one of these pie crust recipes that I have posted. Make the crust as directed and then make this recipe to put into that crust.

Sugar free chocolate pudding, which you can find online (use a 4 serving package). Also, you will need a package of a (4 serving) Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding. Lastly, you will need to prepare my homemade sugar free whipped cream for this recipe.
What you will need to make this
- Sugar free chocolate pudding, which you can find online (use a 4 serving package)- 1 package.
- Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding. - 1 package.
- Milk- 1 ½ cups (can use skim, almond, low fat etc.)
- Vanilla Extract- ½ teaspoon (can use other extract).
- My homemade sugar free whipped cream - 2 cups.
- Optional- pre-made pie crust.
How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Cheesecake
- Prepare the pie crust as directed, if using a crust. Allow this to cool.
- Also, prepare my homemade sugar free whipped cream.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the pudding mixes, milk and extract. When the lumps are gone and the mix appears to be blended, fold in the whipping cream by hand.
- Transfer the mixture to your crust, or pie plate, cover and freeze until it appears to be firm.
- Allow this to sit out for a few minutes prior to cutting and serving.

- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

This is one of those recipes that I find to be perfect for a holiday gathering.
It is an impressive cake to share. The fact that it is relatively easy to make is even better, in my opinion.
If you really wanted to, you could use a pre-made crust for this recipe.
I have found some premade pie crusts online that do not contain a lot of sugar in them. However, they will not make your pie totally sugar free. They can make your life easier if you are in a rush.
