This 4 Ingredient Cauliflower Pizza Crust makes pizza even better!
I can't even believe that it is possible to make a pizza without adding some kind of a flour to it.

4 Ingredient Cauliflower Pizza Crust

I was never a big fan of cauliflower until recently.
I changed my mind when I learned about all of the different ways that cauliflower could be eaten.

Cauliflower has always been that white stalk of something that was always seen next to the broccoli.
It was like the cauliflower was only there to balance out the green broccoli stalk when it was placed on a tray ready to get dipped. However, there really are other ways that we can eat cauliflower.

Obviously, you will need some cauliflower to make this recipe.

However, you will also need a food processor as we will basically be grinding the cauliflower down to resemble a grain in size and texture. Luckily, there are plenty of affordable food processors for sale online. You could probably get by with using a Vitamix if that is all you have.

Here are some similar recipes that you may also like.

The recipe for 4 Ingredient Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This pizza can be dressed up with the usual ingredients that you would put on top of a pizza crust.
As long as the crust has set properly, you should be okay.
What you will need to make this 4 Ingredient Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  1. Cauliflower- 1 head with the stalk removed. It helps to chop this up as well.
  2. Cheese- ¾ of a cup. This cheese should be grated or shredded and an Italian variety. I suggest using more than one cheese to reach the ¾ cup total- grated mozzarella plus grated or shredded Parmesan for example.
  3. Eggs- 2 beaten.
  4. Italian Seasonings- 2 teaspoons total.Such as oregano, salt varieties, etc.

How to make this 4 Ingredient Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 400. Prep your pizza pan for nonstick. I am a fan of parchment paper. Place your cut up cauliflower in your processor and pulse until shredded in consistency.
  • For this step you will need a steamer pot as we will be steaming the cauliflower in the pot. I have a pot with a steamer basket insert which I use all of the time.
  • Place the cauliflower into the steamer basket and when the water begins to boil place the basket into the water. Let this steam for about 15 minutes or until tender. Then remove this from the stove and allow the cauliflower to drain and cool. Some people will use paper towels to make sure that the water is fully drained if needed.
  • When the cauliflower has cooled, place it into a mixing bowl mixing in the remaining ingredients one at a time. If the cauliflower has not fully cooled down you can place it into the refrigerator for a few minutes before starting this step. If the cauliflower is too warm it can melt the cheese before the ingredients have been fully mixed together.
  • Pour the mixed ingredients on to the prepped pan and press into place. I like to place it into the center and work my way out, pressing the mix into place as I go.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set. When you are ready to make your pizza, simply add the remaining ingredients and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until done.

This is a great recipe. To mine, I add some goat cheese and fresh basil. Word of advice.... really squeeze the heck out of the cauliflower to get all the liquor you can out of it. Otherwise, it just becomes a soggy mess. Trust me, I speak from experience. I also use parchment paper but I place mine directly onto a pizza stone. It's perfect and mighty tasty!

Hi. Thank you for the advice to squeeze out the excess water. This is something we forget to do too- for me it was potatoes going into the air fryer 🙂 . You do only make that mistake once. Thanks for the visit!
