You will need :
- Heavy Cream- 1 cup
- Powdered Monk Fruit- ยฝ cup (powdered, not granular)
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 2 tablespoons.
How to make the chocolate mousse frosting.
In a mixing bowl that has been refrigerated, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks (a few minutes, use an electric mixer if needed.) Then add the powdered monk fruit and cocoa powder to the bowl and stir with a spatula mixing by hand to combine.

Please make sure that you are using Keto, Low Carbohydrate, and/or gluten free ingredients if needed.
- Almond Flour- 2 cups.
- Coconut Flour- ยฝ cup.
- Baking powder- 3 teaspoons.
- Salt- ยฝ teaspoon.
- Butter- ยฝ cup, softened to room temperature.
- Monk Fruit- ยพ cup, granular.
- Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips- ยฝ cup, melted.
- Eggs- 5, whisked and at room temperature.
- Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.
- Apple Cider Vinegar- ยฝ tablespoon.
How to make Sugar Free Low Carb Chocolate Cake.
- Preheat your oven to 325 and grease a round cake pan well for nonstick.
- In a medium mixing bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the almond flour coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Set this bowl aside.
- Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and monk fruit until creamy. Add the melted chocolate, whisked eggs, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar and mix until just combined.
- Now, add half of the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl, gently stir the ingredients by hand and then add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix the batter by hand until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepped cake pan and evenly distribute it.
- Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then allow it to cool completely before topping with the chocolate mousse frosting. You can spread the mousse frosting on the top and sides of the cake. The easiest way is to use a spoon but if youโre after a fancy look, use a bag and a piping tip.
