I do not have granular, I have Splenda baking blend....how much should I use?
Sugar Free Diva
Hi.
I am assuming that since it is a baking blend then it would be 1:1 with sugar in a recipe. It is best to read the label on the package to make sure.
Also, make sugar that it is totally sugar free if that is what you would like.
Thanks!
Sharon
For another low carb flour, can I use Coconut flour?
Sugar Free Diva
Hi. Yes, but you will also need to use a binder such as xanthum gum. thanks!
