Canning jars would probably work well for this recipe.
Ingredients needed to make a no bake cheesecake in a jar.
- Strawberries- 1 ½ cups plus one for each jar for topping.
- Cream Cheese- 1 four ounce block softened to room temperature/
- Milk- 1 ½ cups. Can use plain yogurt (you may have to adjust the amount needed).
- Vanilla Extract- ½ teaspoon
- Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding- 1 box
How to make No Bake Sugar Free Cheesecake in a Jar
- Prepare your strawberries.Prepare your strawberries by hulling them. To remove the hulls you can use a strawberry huller or a straw. Set aside one strawberry per serving to cut in half and place on top of each pudding jar. Then slice up the remaining strawberries into bite sized chunks.
- In a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese and the milk until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and pudding to the mixing bowl and continue to beat.
- Layer the bite sized strawberries and the pudding mix in each cup. Refrigerate each cup covered for at least one hour.
- When you are ready to serve remove the lid from each cup.Then top with the remaining strawberries.
