How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars
- Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking pan for non-stick.I like to use parchment paper as this makes it easier to lift out of the pan and cut into squares.
- Mix or sift together the flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars. I use a paddle attachment and medium setting. It should take between 2 ยฝ to three minutes to reach a creamy consistency.
- Once the mixture is creamy, you can turn the setting down to low and add the vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time.
- Lastly, slowly pour the flour mixture from the first bowl into the mixing bowl. If you are adding the optional nuts, simply fold those in by hand.
- Bake these bars for 25-30 minutes. Allow them to cool before cutting into squares.
