While I do suggest using the sugar alternative of your choice, I do suggest that you use a granular sugar alternative that also measures 1:1 with sugar for best results.

As mentioned, you can find sugar free white chocolate chips online since these are relatively new and may be hard to find locally. Optionally, you can try using a chopped white chocolate baking bar that has no added sugar in it.
Also mentioned that this recipe can be made low in carbohydrates.
Simply omit the dried fruit or use less of it. Use a low carb all purpose flour such as carbalose.
Ingredients needed to make Sugar Free White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cranberries.
- All Purpose Flour- 1 ½ cups
Make this recipe gluten free by using gluten free flour instead of regular flour. Or, you can make this recipe low carb by using low carb Carbalose flour.
Make this 'keto friendly' by using a keto friendly flour. Please check the packaging to assure whether or not you will need a binder such as an additional egg. - Baking Soda- ½ teaspoon.
- Butter- ½ cup melted or soft. Melted butter will make this a softer cookie.
- Sugar Alternative- ¾ cup. Please use a granular sugar alternative that measures 1:1 with sugar and that can be baked with for best results.
- Egg-1.
- Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon. It is not uncommon to add additional vanilla extract for more flavor. Feel free to add an additional teaspoon or two if desired. Or another extract such as almond extract.
- Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips- 1 cup.
- Dried Cranberries- 1 cup. Please make sure that you are using dried cranberries that do not have sugar added to them if you intend to keep this recipe as sugar free as possible. You could easily sub in another dried berry. I like dried blueberries or barberries in these cookies.
- Optional-Chopped Nuts such as macadamia nuts.
How to make Sugar Free White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your cookie sheets for nonstick such as with Parchment Paper .
- In a medium mixing bowl use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour and the baking soda.
- Next, in a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter with the sugar alternative. Then beat in the egg.
- Stir in the flour mixture from the first bowl to the large mixing bowl as well as the vanilla extract. Lastly, fold in the cranberries and the white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. The cookies will be most likely still soft in the center. Allow the cookies to cool for few minutes on the cookie sheets before removing them to cool on a rack.
