What makes yogurt blueberry clusters so good?
Yogurt blueberry clusters are blueberries that have been combined with Greek yogurt and frozen before being covered in melted chocolate.
I like that these clusters can be stored individually for a quick snack or to take with you on the go.

Ingredients needed to make chocolate covered blueberry clusters with no added sugar.
- Blueberries. Use fresh blueberries that are firm.
- Greek Yogurt. I like a plain Greek yogurt that has no added sugar in it.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. Dark chocolate chips will make a more crisp coating to surround the frozen ingredients while semi sweet will be softer and easier to chew.
- Coconut Oil. This is used to make the melted chocolate chips more smooth for the coating.
- Flaky Sea Salt. Salt is optional but, will add a bit of texture to the chocolate coating and a salty balance to the sweet chocolate coating and blueberries.
Tips for making the best chocolate blueberry yogurt clusters .
While my clusters were made with blueberries, you can use other fruit with or instead of the blueberries. I like chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, or blackberries for this recipe.
More helpful tips for you.
- While it is usually recommended that you rinse your blueberries before enjoying them, it is important that they are dry before using them in this recipe.
- When covering your clusters with the melted chocolate it is a good idea to work quickly as you do not want the frozen ingredients to get soft or melt.
- It is really best to serve these treats while frozen rather than at room temperature. This will ensure that you get the full enjoyment of flavors and textures rather than everything melted together.
- Sugar free white chocolate chips can also be used to make this recipe. Just make sure that you are using the sugar free white chocolate chips that can be melted (you may need to decrease heating time).
- For extra flavors or textures, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract, some chopped nuts, or a bit of creamy peanut butter.
- Once the finished clusters have frozen solid, you can transfer them to a zip top bag, container, or wrap them individually.

How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Blueberry Yogurt Clusters
Prep Time: 15 minutes.
Chill Time: 60 minutes.
Serving Size: 10, depending on how large you make yours.
- Start by preparing a rimmed baking sheet(s), preferable that can fit into your freezer, with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, use a rubber spatula or similar item to gently mix together the berries and yogurt. Do not over mix as you want your berries to keep their shape.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about an inch apart.
- Place the baking sheet into your freezer and freeze the dollops (clusters) until firm (about an hour).
- To prepare the melted chocolate, use a microwave safe bowl to melt together the sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil in your microwave, stopping to stir every every 30 seconds. The double boiler method can also work.
- Carefully dip each of the clusters into the melted chocolate to coat and then place them back on to the baking sheet. Using chocolate dipping tools work well for this step.
- Sprinkle the flaky salt on top of each of the clusters and allow the chocolate to set before serving (about 10 minutes).
Expert Tip๐ If your melted chocolate gets too thick while you are coating the clusters you can microwave it for about 15 seconds and then stir it to help get the chocolate back to a working consistency.
How to store easy chocolate blueberry clusters.
Once the chocolate has fully set, these clusters should be stored in your freezer to keep them solid. When properly stored in an airtight container or zip top bag, they should keep for up to a few weeks.
