- Cream Cheese. Beat your softened cream cheese on low to medium speed until it is smooth and creamy. Then stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Sugar Alternative. Add the sugar alternative along with the vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and continue to beat on low-medium speed until the mixture is fluffy and light (about two to three minutes).
- Heavy Cream. Stop your mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Then set the speed to low and slowly add the heavy cream to the mixing bowl, adding about a quarter cup at a time. Once the heavy cream has been added you can bump up the speed to medium and continue to beat the frosting until you have a light and airy consistency or the consistency desired (about a minute).
