- This recipe calls for tossing the brussels sprouts in olive oil with a bit of seasonings before air frying them. It really comes down to how much of the oil you prefer with your sprouts and it could take a couple of batches to figure this out.
- Salt and pepper are popular seasonings to use to season the brussels sprouts. But, you could get some more flavor using an everything but the bagel seasoning .
- This recipe does call for using olive oil. However, you could use canola oil for less of an olive flavor or peanut oil or sunflower oil for more flavor.
- This brussels sprouts should air fry for around 15 minutes total (give or take a minute as needed) to achieve that crispy outside. It is recommended that you stop the air frying after seven minutes to shake the basket. This will help the sprouts evenly bake.
