    About this recipe for low carbohydrate dip.

    This is a dip that is oven baked and served warm.
    To make this dip you will need to precook the broccoli according to the instructions.
     

    This recipe contains three kinds of cheese.

    Feel free to adjust the cheese or even use the cheeses of your choice.
    You can also add additional seasonings as desired to make this dip even better!

    Ingredients needed to make warm broccoli dip.

     

    • Broccoli- 3 ยฝ cups. It takes about two average sized heads of broccoli to yield the 3 ยฝ cups of florets needed for this recipe.
    • Olive Oil- 2 tablespoons.
    • Onion- 1,chopped. Red onion preferred.
    • Garlic- 3 cloves minced.
    • Cream Cheese- 16 ounces, softened to room temperature.
    • Parmesan Cheese- 1 cup, grated.
    • Mozzarella Cheese - 1 ยฝ cups shredded.
    • Seasonings as desired. This can include Italian Seasonings, Mediterranean Diet Seasoning Blend, Greek Seasoning Blend, Salt, and/or Pepper.

     

    How to make Keto Low Carb Broccoli Dip

     

    • Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for about five minutes or until tender. Allow the broccoli to cool and then chop it or process it into smaller pieces.
    • Prep a large baking dish well for nonstick. Preheat the oven to 350.
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil for three minutes. Then add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until it becomes translucent. Then add the minced garlic and cool for another two minutes stirring occasionally.
    • Add the cheeses to the warm skillet, one cheese at a time, stirring well between additions. Once blended turn off the heat and stir in the broccoli. Then transfer to the baking dish and bake for20-25 minutes or until the center begins to bubble. Feel free to top with additional cheese or meats.
