This recipe calls for one third cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, which nets out at about 5 carbs.
You may be wondering what exactly is a mousse.
It is easy to confuse a mousse with pudding because they are so much alike.
Some people believe that they are one and the same.
However, there is a difference between mousse and pudding.

Great taste! Will definitely make again. Please clarify the amount of heavy whipping cream to be used. I did have trouble with it “not setting”

Good to hear that you enjoyed this recipe. Working with heavy whipping cream can be tricky. You need to use heavy whipping cream that is cold. It also can help to use a cold bowl and beaters/whisk. Some people like to start the whipping slowly and then increase the speed to medium. Lastly, to get the texture needed in this recipe, it is best to not whip more than four minutes as over-whipping will cause the the peaks to become lumpy. Hope this helps! 🙂
Please let me know if you make this again!
