This is a simple recipe for cookies that have no added sugar.
Green food coloring and peppermint flavored food extract are used to make these cookies even better.

To make these cookies, we will first make a basic sugar free sugar cookie dough.

While making the cookie dough we will add the extra ingredients just mentioned.
Then we will bake the cookies before enjoying them.

Ingredients needed to make Sugar Free Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies.

    • Flour. I have not tried this recipe using an alternative flour such as a low carb flour.
    • Baking Soda. For leavening.
    • Salt. Just a small amount is used. If you are using salted butter you can omit the salt.
    • Butter. Your butter should be softened to room temperature.
    • Sugar Alternative. Use a granular sugar alternative that measures like sugar and that can be baked with.
    • Eggs. Your eggs should be at room temperature.
    • Peppermint Food Extract. Feel free to use another extract if desired.
    • Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. Semi-sweet chocolate chips work best in this recipe as they are softer.

Expert tip ๐Ÿ‘‰ To soften your butter simply allow it to sit out at room temperature for about a half hour.
