This recipe is for anyone asking what is a Jamocha shake made of.
I must say that possibly the biggest reason why these shakes are so popular is that they feature two popular flavors that people live by.
These two flavors are may favorite as well.
I think of 'Jamocha' as a marriage between chocolate and coffee.
Perhaps it is called 'Jamocha' partly because of the Java + Mocha.
Then things get better when we add a bit of ice cream to the marriage.
I have been asked what are the ingredients in Arby's Jamocha shake.
We may not know exactly what ingredients go into that famous shake.
However, we do know what flavors that shake is famous for.
I suppose that we can only assume what is in the famous Jamocha shakes.
Obviously, there should be coffee, chocolate (syrup?), and some kind of ice cream.
Also, we can assume that there is sugar, probably a lot of sugar.
Here are some tips for making a copycat 'Jamocha' shake.
Really, any kind of coffee works in this recipe. If you are looking for a low to no caffeine shake, feel free to use a coffee that has low to no caffeine in it.
Here are some more helpful tips for you.
- This recipe calls for chocolate syrup. You can find sugar free chocolate syrup here.
- This recipe is made with vanilla ice cream. I have a recipe for sugar free vanilla ice cream that you can use. Also, there are all kinds of sugar free or keto low carb diet friendly vanilla ice cream choices available. However, if you are really feeling experimental, why not try another flavor?
- Make this Jamocha shake more into a frozen dessert. Simply place it into the freezer until mostly frozen. It probably will not take longer than a couple of hours depending on how cold the shake is before you freeze it.
Low carb and keto friendly alternatives for milk.
The original version of this recipe probably calls for a full-fat milk in order to make it more rich and thick. You can simply use a nut or oat milk (adjusting as needed for texture). However, combining one of those choices with half and half is another great idea for achieving a thick texture in a low carb keto friendly way.
