This is a flourless muffin recipe that has no added sugar.
Instead of flour, we are using oatmeal.
This recipe also call for peanut butter.
I mentioned above that you should use a peanut butter that has no added sugar to keep this a sugar free muffin.

Ingredients needed to make this muffin recipe.
- Old Fashion Oats- 2 ยผ cups.
- Baking Powder- 1 ยฝ teaspoons.
- Baking Soda- ยฝ teaspoon.
- Ground Cinnamon- ยฝ teaspoon.
- Milk- โ cup (a nut milk could work in this recipe).
- Peanut Butter- ยฝ cup, cream with no added sugar preferred.
- Bananas- ยพ cup mashed. That is about two average sized bananas.
- Eggs- 2.
- Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.
- Golden Monkfruit- ยผ cup.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- ยฝ cup.
How to make Sugar Free Peanut Butter and Banana Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prep a muffin pan for nonstick.
- In a medium bowl, use a fork or whisk to blend together the oats, baking powder ,baking soda, and cinnamon. Set this bowl aside.
- This recipe can be made in a strong blender or food processor. Feel free to use what works best for you.
- Blend together the milk, peanut butter and mashed bananas until blended. Then add the eggs, vanilla extract and sweetener and give the ingredients a few quick pulses. You can then add the dry ingredients from the first bowl and mix/processes until just blended. For the chocolate chips, you should fold these in by hand. If there is not enough room to do so in your blender pitcher, try transferring the batter to a mixing bowl to fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin cups, filling each one about ยพ full. You can add extra chocolate chips to the tops as desired Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle returns clean. Then transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool.
