- Heavy Whipping Cream. Your heavy whipping cream should be just out of the refrigerator for best results.
- Unsweetened Condensed Milk. If you cannot find this, here is a recipe for sugar free condensed milk or you can use an alternative such as half and half or unsweetened coconut milk.
- Vanilla Extract. 'Pure Vanilla Extract' is recommended for best flavor results.
- Pumpkin Puree. Use pumpkin puree that has no added sugar or other ingredients in it.
- Nutmeg and Pumpkin Pie Spice. These are the spices added for flavor.
- Espresso. Use a cooled brewed espresso or instant espresso that has been dissolved in cold water.
- Optional- sugar alternative for flavor balance as desired, toppings such as whipped topping.

How to make Pumpkin Spice Latte Ice Cream.

Chill Time: 6 hours.

- In a mixing bowl that has been chilled, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about four to five minutes). The stiff peaks should be able to stand on their own.
- Next, in a new large mixing bowl, beat together the the remaining ingredients (unsweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and spices) until combined. Then fold in the heaving whipping cream from the first mixing bowl until combined.
- Transfer the ice cream to a loaf pan or an ice cream maker. To make this recipe in an ice cream maker simply follow the manufacturer's directions for doing so.
- Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or foil and then place the loaf pan in your freezer to set. It should take between six and eight hours for you ice cream to fully set.
