- Vanilla Extract. Make these donuts more flavorful by substituting another extract such as maple extract.

How to make Sugar Free Cake Mix Donuts

- Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a donut pan(s) well for nonstick. Note that you may need more than one pan to make this recipe.
- Place the cake mix in a large mixing bowl and use a whisk to break up any lumps.
- Next, in another bowl, mix together the egg, milk, and extract. Once mixed, you can add this to the cake mix in the large mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
- Use a piping bag or a zip top bag with cut corner to fill each donut mold in the pan three fourths full. Then bake for 18-20 minutes or until donuts start to turn golden brown.
