That is a very popular brownie recipe that is made with no added sugar.

To make this recipe you will need sugar free brownie mix. You can find a selection of sugar free brownie mixes here.

Frequently asked questions about brownie bites.

    What are brownie bites.

The term "brownie bites" refers to brownies that are bite-sized.
That is, the entire brownie can be eaten in one bite (sometimes two).

The brownie bites made in this recipe are made in a small muffin pan.
After baking, the bites are stuffed with an amazing filling.

What is the difference between a chocolate ganache and hazelnut spread?

Both are creamy decadent spreads that have a multitude of uses.
They can be used as a spread, a filling, or even a dip.

Here is how chocolate ganache and hazelnut spread differ.

Chocolate ganache is made with chocolate and cream, while hazelnut spread is made with hazelnuts, powdered sugar, and oil in addition to chocolate.

Also, chocolate ganache has a rich, chocolatey flavor, while hazelnut spread has more of a sweet, nutty flavor in addition to a chocolaty flavor.

Tips for making stuffed brownie bites.

This recipe features a sugar free ganache in the center of the brownie cups. You can however use Sugar Free Hazelnut Spread (Copycat Nutella) instead.

    More helpful tips for you.

    1. When mixing the brownie batter, mix the ingredients until just combined. Over mixing the batter can cause the brownies to get tough thanks to the gluten.
    2. A small cookie scoop can be helpful in this recipe. You can use it to first make the indentations in the cups to hold the filling and then use the scoop to fill the indentations with the filling.
    3. This recipe is made using a mini muffin pan. For easy clean up and serving, you can find mini muffin liners here .

How to store chocolate filled mini brownie bites.

Once the brownie bites have been cooled, they should be stored in an airtight container. If properly stored at room temperature, they should keep for about five days.

How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Filled Brownie Bites.

    1. Start by making the brownie bites by combining the ingredients as indicated on the packaging and using a mini muffin pan. Bake the brownies until a toothpick comes out clean.
    2. While the brownies are baking you can prepare your filling according to the directions.
    3. When the brownies are done baking, immediately take them out of the oven and carefully, use the backside of a cookie scoop (or spoon) to make the indentation in each of the 'muffins' to make a well that will hold the filling.
    4. Add a little less than a teaspoon of the ganache or hazelnut spread to the well that you just made in each of the brownies.
    5. Then remove the bites from the muffin pan and transfer them to a wire rack to fully cool. The center filling will harden as it sets.

Expert Tip ๐Ÿ‘‰: It is a good idea to double prep the muffin cups to prevent sticking. For example, you can grease and the dust the pan with a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder.
