To make these we will first bake the brownies into a cup shape and then we will fill the cups with the chocolate.

- Start by making the brownie bites by combining the ingredients as indicated on the packaging and using a mini muffin pan. Bake the brownies until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the brownies are baking you can prepare your filling according to the directions.
- When the brownies are done baking, immediately take them out of the oven and carefully, use the backside of a cookie scoop (or spoon) to make the indentation in each of the 'muffins' to make a well that will hold the filling.
- Add a little less than a teaspoon of the ganache or hazelnut spread to the well that you just made in each of the brownies.
- Then remove the bites from the muffin pan and transfer them to a wire rack to fully cool. The center filling will harden as it sets.
