What you need to make a copycat Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
- Milk. By 'milk' I mean anything from whole milk to oat milk. The kind of milk is up to you.
- Espresso. You can use freshly brewed or powdered instant espresso. This should be cooled or cold.
- Pure Canned Pumpkin. Make sure that your canned pumpkin is 100% pumpkin.
- Sugar Alternative. My Frappuccino was made using monk fruit sweetener. You can use the alternative of your choice.
- Ice. Crushed or cubed.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice. Basically, all of those wonderful fall spices in one place (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.) .
- Lastly, you can top this with whipped topping plus additional pumpkin pie spice or as desired.
How to make a copycat Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
(makes a 20 oz Venti drink)
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Brew your espresso or prepare it as desired.
- Next, in a blender, combine together the milk, cooled espresso, sweetener, and also the ice.
- Now, first give this a quick pulse and then continue to blend it until you reach a good consistency.
- Add the pumpkin pie spice and additional sweetener as needed and also pulse the blender a few times.
- Lastly, transfer the beverage to a cup or glass and you can also top as desired. My Frappuccino however, additionally has whipped topping and also a quick sprinkle of additional pumpkin pie spice.
Tips for making the best copycat Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
This recipe calls for espresso. You can use a Stove top espresso pot (moka-pot) or powdered instant espresso for your beverage.
More helpful tips.
- For a fuller and more rich consistency, you can use whole or two percent milk. However, If you are looking for low sugar or lower carbohydrates, feel free to use unsweetened almond milk.
- Make this recipe more like a shake. Add sugar free vanilla ice cream instead of all or some of the milk.
- Can you use something other than espresso to make this recipe? Yesssss...but.. it will however not taste the same as espresso is what makes this so good.
How to store leftover Frappuccino.
This is really better when served fresh. However, if you have leftovers, you can also refrigerate it and then whip it up in a blender before serving.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk - see post for details and alternatives
- 2 oz Espresso - brewed
- ยผ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ยผ tsp Monk Fruit - or as needed, also using sweetener of choice.
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Brew your espresso or prepare it as desired.
