These cakes should be stored in an air tight container. You can store them at room temperature as long as it is not too warm. While refrigerating will help these cakes last longer, it can affect the texture of these cakes.

How to make sugar free frosting.
To make the sugar free frosting used in this recipe you will need:
- Sugar alternative- ¼ cup (equivalent to sugar). You can use a granular alternative for a basic frosting or sugar free powdered sugar for a thicker consistency.
- Cream cheese- 1 (eight ounce) package, softened to room temperature.
- Milk- ¼ cup. Regular milk, almond milk, or heavy cream can be used, depending on your desired consistency.
- Vanilla extract- ¼ teaspoon, basically a drop. This is for a bit of flavoring.
- Sugar free yellow cake mix and ingredients needed to make that cake mix.
- Also, sugar free frosting, as indicated above.
- Blackberries- ⅓ cup or as needed.
- Raspberries- ⅓ cup or as needed.
- Blueberries- ⅓ cup or as needed.
- Strawberries-⅓ cup, diced or cut, or as needed.
- Bake the mini cakes according to the packaging. Allow the cakes to fully cool before using them in this recipe.
- Make the frosting as indicated above.
- Prepare the cooled cakes by using a scoop to scoop out the centers to make a cup- like shell. Leave about ½" on the bottom and sides or more if you want more cake with this recipe.
- Evenly distribute the frosting in the centers of the scooped out cakes.
- Top the cakes with the fruit and serve.

How to make the frosting.
Place the ingredients in a mixer on medium speed. Beat until the frosting is fluffy (can take up to five minutes), stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
