- In a large mixing bowl, sift or use a whisk to mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the ground cinnamon.
- Next, in a medium bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, and butter.
- To add the wet ingredients from the medium bowl to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl, first make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and then pour the wet ingredients into the well.
- Mix the ingredients in the mixing bowl until just combined.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the strawberries with sugar alternative into the muffin batter.
- Bake these muffins for 25-30 minutes or until the tops begin to brown.
