- Preheat your oven to 350. Prep a baking pan for nonstick. Mine was prepped with olive oil and brushed on top of parchment paper.
- Start by separating three of the eggs, placing the whites into a mixing bowl and the yolks in another bowl. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- While the egg whites are beating, you can place the almond flour, baking powder and option seasoning such as salt in another large bowl. Use a fork or whisk to combine and then make a center well in the ingredients.
- Beat the two remaining eggs and place them into the center well. Then add the almond milk, olive oil, almond milk, and vinegar to the well and mix you get a smooth dough. Then fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Evenly spread the bread batter (dough) in your prepared baking dish and add the topping. Then bake for 20-25 minutes or until it begins to brown and a toothpick come out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool before serving.
