Did you try my Keto Low Carb Jalapeno Bacon Chaffles?

That chaffle recipe would make for a great breakfast or brunch idea.

You could also use that Jalapeno and Bacon chaffle in this sandwich recipe!

To make Chaffles you will need a Belgium style waffle iron. You can find a good selection of waffle irons here.

You may be wondering what is considered club sandwich.

Club sandwich is a popular sandwich that has been around for a long time.
You have probably seen it on a menu somewhere in the past.

While there may be variations on what goes in to a Club Sandwich, they all have similar ingredients.
A club sandwich is like a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with maybe some chicken or ham added to it.
The bread on this sandwich us toasted and often, there is an extra slice thrown in.

People ask what is a Chaffle made of.

There is a simple way to explain what a Chaffle is.
The name 'Chaffle' comes from the combination of cheese plus waffle.

There are two basic ingredients that go into a Chaffle.
Those ingredients are shredded cheese and an egg.
When baked in a waffle iron, they become a something that resembles bread but, is also low in carbohydrates and is gluten free.

Here are some tips for making a club sandwich.

This recipe features a mini waffle make. As a result. adding more than a quarter cup of mix could result in an overflow of ingredients. If you are using a larger sized waffle iron, you can adjust this amount.

    More helpful tips.

    1. Yes, this recipe includes making a basic chaffles to serve as the 'sandwich bread'. Feel free to add other ingredients, such as seasonings, to make your bread more tasty.
    2. Make this chaffle sandwich bread more like a real waffle. You can make this seem more bread-like by adding a tablespoon of a low carb keto flour along with a pinch of baking powder.
    3. Preheating the waffle iron is essential to the success of this recipe as is spraying with nonstick before heating. Also, allowing the chaffle to sit for a few minutes on a plate before making the sandwich will help it get crisp.

    How to store Chaffles.

Making extra Chaffles can be a good idea as you can use them later for more sandwiches.
Simply place them in a zip top bag or wrap them in plastic wrap and they should keep for up to five days.
