That recipe is another nice breakfast or brunch idea for anyone following a keto low carb diet.
This recipe is not vegan as it contains eggs.

Sometimes you just need a baking mix to get your kitchen creations done. I found some sugar free, keto, and low carb baking mixes that you may be interested in checking out!

I once asked someone can I eat a bagel on keto diet.

It took me about a week to get over the bread when I first started keto low carb dieting.
Bagels were certainly my challenge, especially the everything ones!

However, there is a way to eat bagels on a keto diet.

Using a keto low carb dough recipe for the bread part. Then making the bagels just like you would make a normal bagel.

Here is what you need to know about this keto breakfast bagel.

There are two parts to this recipe.
The first part is making the bagel and the second part involves putting the ingredients together.

You can find my recipe for how to make keto low carb everything bagels here.

While that recipe is for 'everything bagels' you can personalize the bagels to the flavor or seasonings of you choice.
However, you can also cheat and use already made keto low carb bagels such as the ones you can purchase here.

Here are some tips for this eggs in keto bagels recipe.

For the everything bagels you can make your own keto low carb everything bagels . Or, you can purchase bagels online.

Here are some more helpful tips for you.

  1. While this recipe is for basically an egg in a bagel recipe, you can choose to make yours in another kind of keto bread instead. Everything bagel seasoning can be found here.
  2. When you prepare your egg in a bagel for baking, sprinkle some of the seasoning on to the baking sheet so that it gets on the bottom of the bagel. This can also help prefect sticking.
  3. To make the hole in the center of the bagel larger in order to hold the egg, we will use a small round cookie cutter. Feel free to butter or spray with oil and season the center piece to make a crouton or tasty cracker for snacking on.

How to store leftovers from this easy keto everything bagel recipe

If properly wrapped or placed in an air-tight container, this will keep in the fridge up to four days. The leftovers should store well for later consumption since the eggs in this recipe are not runny,.
