What you need to make cheesecake bars with no added sugar.

- Cream Cheese- softened to room temperature.
- Powdered Sugar Alternative
- Sour Cream
- Vanilla Extract
- Lime Juice
- Optional topping 1 ยฝ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries+ 1 tablespoon of sugar alternative (such as monk fruit).
How to make Cheesecake Bars.
- For the crust, prep a square baking pan for nonstick (I use parchment paper). In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients until just combined and then transfer the mixture to the prepped pan, pressing it in as needed. Refrigerate the crust to allow it to harden.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sweetener, and sour cream until smooth. Then stir in the lime juice.
- Transfer the blended ingredients to the prepared crust, evenly spreading the mixture over the crust. Refrigerate the cheesecake until firm, about four hours.
- To make the topping, combine the berries and sugar alternative in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until thickened.
