To make the crust for this pizza you will need the following ingredients.
- Buckwheat Flouror almond flour- 2 cups.
- Sugar Free Granular Alternative such as Erythritol- ⅓ cup.
- Butter- ½ cup (1 stick) melted.
How to make this pizza crust.
- Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 400.
- Combine together the ingredients until blended. You may need to make adjustments as needed in the ingredients as needed depending on the flour you are using.
- Transfer the ingredients to the prepped sheet and press or roll it into a circle. Bake the crust until it begins to brown (about 10 minutes).

- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- 1 cup.
- Heavy Cream- ½ cup.

- Chopped nuts- ¼ cup or as desired.
- Optional- other toppings of choice.

- Make the crust as indicated.
- To make the ganache, place the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Next, in a microwave safe bowl, heat the cream until it begins to bubble or steam, stopping every 15 seconds to stir.
- Carefully pour the the heated heavy cream over the chocolate chips and allow the cream to melt the chips (3-5 minutes). Blend or whisk the ganache, until the ingredients are well blended.
- Evenly spread the ganache over the pizza crust.
- Top with the sliced fruit, nuts, and optional ingredients.
