How to make a dessert pizza crust.

To make the crust for this pizza you will need the following ingredients.

  • Buckwheat Flouror almond flour- 2 cups.
  • Sugar Free Granular Alternative such as Erythritol- ⅓ cup.
  • Butter- ½ cup (1 stick) melted.

How to make this pizza crust.

  • Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 400.
  • Combine together the ingredients until blended. You may need to make adjustments as needed in the ingredients as needed depending on the flour you are using.
  • Transfer the ingredients to the prepped sheet and press or roll it into a circle. Bake the crust until it begins to brown (about 10 minutes).

  • Crust- 1. You can use my recipe above or sub in the crust recipe of your choice.
  • Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- 1 cup.
  • Heavy Cream- ½ cup.
  • Strawberries- ¾ cups sliced or as desired. Can sub in or add another fruit.
  • Chopped nuts- ¼ cup or as desired.
  • Optional- other toppings of choice.

How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Pizza with Fruit

  • Make the crust as indicated.
  • To make the ganache, place the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Next, in a microwave safe bowl, heat the cream until it begins to bubble or steam, stopping every 15 seconds to stir.
  • Carefully pour the the heated heavy cream over the chocolate chips and allow the cream to melt the chips (3-5 minutes). Blend or whisk the ganache, until the ingredients are well blended.
  • Evenly spread the ganache over the pizza crust.
  • Top with the sliced fruit, nuts, and optional ingredients.
